4 Day Retreat At The Beach (Canceled)

Looking forward to meeting you at the Trinity Center in Pine Knoll Shores NC.

During this retreat we will be focusing on a variety of meditation styles, breathwork, hands -on restorative yoga & a bit of reflection, asking yourself what's next and how do I get there.

Massage therapist will receive 20 hours on continuing education. This course has been approved by the NCBTMB.

Meditation Breathwork & Hands-On Restorative Yoga 16 hours

Stepping Into Your Capabilities 4 hours

We will meet Sunday night (Easter) at the dining area at 6pm for dinner and orientation.

Check in is at 4pm.

Check out is 10am Thurs 13th

We will have breakfast and meet for our closing of the retreat at the beach house & leave by noon.

Our classes will be at the Beach house, just a few minute walk from the rooms and dining area, you can drive as well. The beach house will be ours for the duration of the retreat and there will be plenty of time for beach time and exploring under the live oaks on the sound side.

April is a beautiful time to visit the coast.

Accommodations & 3 meals a day are included in your tuition.

Even if you are local I would suggest staying on-site, there is something to be said for completely immersive experience. That being said if you prefer to commute in, adjustments will be made for your tuition fee.

This retreat was designed after several students mentioned the need for more time for integration and rest. These types of techniques allow us to explore more within, pausing, and listening for the answers to surface.
