Deliberate Surrender

This is a workshop that we will spend our time using several techniques of meditation to slow down our minds & have the opportunity to face an unique challenge, walking across broken glass, with the support from all of us.  It’s perfectly fine to change your mind but I would ask everyone to stay for the duration of the workshop, keeping the aid  in holding the space.
