You have heard about it and been curious. Come join us for guided meditation and breathwork. Bring anything you need to be comfortable (yoga mat, pillows, blankets, bottle of water, comfortable clothes) In this intro class we are learning a simple technique to allow the body/mind to unwind.

Through the application of gentle movement, diaphragmatic breathing, healing sounds, meditation and music we have an opportunity to unwind on a deeper level both physically and emotionally.
