2-Day Workshop: Saturday & Sunday 9:30am-6pm Breathwork, Meditation, & Hands On Restorative Yoga 16 Hours of Continuing Education for Massage Therapists NCBTMB Approved Provider No experience necessary; this is also open to the public so bring a friend or loved one! We will have an opportunity to experience meditation techniques, diaphragmatic breathing & hands- on-restorative yoga. ~ Let's Go In During this workshop we will take time to shut off the phones & computers for an opportunity to pause. It will be a discovery process of trying a variety of breath awareness techniques, meditations, diaphragmatic breathwork, and restorative yoga, all the while turning the lens inward & allowing our bodies & minds to unwind on all levels. Through the application of gentle movement, diaphragmatic breathing, healing sounds, meditation and music we have an opportunity to unwind on a deeper level both physically and emotionally. Alternatively, a credit for the paid amount can be applied towards another open course offered either currently or within 6 months (180 days) of the previous course start date.
