About Us

Welcome to Let's Go In Wellness!
We offer a range of courses & resources designed to nurture both your personal and professional journey - from self-care practices incorporating yoga and meditation, to specialized training for massage therapists and for EOL Doulas & caregivers.
Our mission is to empower individuals to reconnect with and express their true selves while fostering open and courageous conversations about fully living life - AND consciously about dying.
Through community education, resources, and compassionate end-of-life care services, we aim to create a supportive environment for us to navigate our day-to-day lives as well as embrace our most profound and vulnerable experiences.

Inspired by the butterfly’s journey of transformation, the Monarch Center was envisioned as a place where individuals and wellness practitioners can gather, share their gifts, and participate in meaningful experiences that nurture body, mind, and spirit.

Alongside our own massage &wellness services, the center offers opportunities for aligned practitioners to host classes, workshops, & collaborative events. Our intention is to cultivate a welcoming environment where education, healing, & creativity can flourish - an evolving community space where people come together through shared purpose.
As this vision unfolds, the Monarch Center opens the door for collaboration with practitioners and teachers whose offerings complement and enrich the wellness journey. For more information please visit our Space Rentals page.
