2-Day Experiential Workshop | Saturday & Sunday 9 AM–6 PM Massage Therapists: 16 CE NCBTMB Approved Provider #1000694 Physical Therapists & PTAs: 14 Contact Hours / 14 Points Approved by the North Carolina Board of Physical Therapy Examiners Continuing Competence Activity Code 0082026C Open to Everyone — No Experience Necessary Take two days to step away from the phones, computers, and demands of everyday life and explore what happens when we intentionally slow down. Through guided practice, partner work, and personal reflection, we will explore breathwork, meditation, mindful movement, and hands-on restorative yoga. Participants will experience practical techniques that support relaxation, body awareness, comfortable positioning, movement, and self-care. Throughout the weekend, emphasis is placed on choice, consent, safe touch, individual needs, and adapting each practice to the person. This is both a professional learning experience and an opportunity to turn the lens inward—to pause, reconnect, and experience the practices for yourself. This course is open to everyone, no experience necessary. What to Bring: Water bottle, something to write with, yoga/exercise mat, blankie, your favorite pillow, and comfortable clothing. ~~~ Visiting? Participants must be 18 or older for restorative wellness classes involving emotional processing, meditation, grief work, or group discussion, unless otherwise noted. CE Certificates: Course certificates will be sent electronically within 48 hours of course completion to the email address provided upon registration. Discount Codes: -All discount codes must be applied at time of purchase/registration. You must enter the code during the checkout process to receive the discount. -The discount code(s) cannot be applied retroactively after an order has been placed or registration has been completed. -Discount/promotional coupons or codes have no monetary value; you cannot exchange the discount code for cash or an equivalent credit. Refund Policy: -Full Refund (minus $50 processing fee): Available for cancellations within 48 hours of purchase, or when requested 6 months (180 days) or more prior to class start date. -75% Refund: Available for cancellations requested 3-6 months (30-180 days) prior to class start date. -50% Refund: Available for cancellations requested less than 30 days prior to class start date.
