This hands-on class combines instruction, demonstration, and guided practice to help you confidently incorporate these tools into your sessions and teach clients simple techniques for home use. Explore the foundations of lymphatic flow, appropriate pressure, and a full-body approach. Learn to use silicone cups with gentle suction and controlled movement while considering client comfort, skin sensitivity, and treatment direction. The facial portion combines warm towels, facial cupping, and a honey application using gentle tapotement. Practice the sequence and explore ways to incorporate it into an existing massage session or offer it as a focused service. Throughout the class, we will cover: -Basic lymphatic anatomy and principles of gentle lymphatic work -Silicone cup selection, handling, pressure, and movement -Full-body applications and techniques clients can use at home -Facial cupping and a honey facial sequence -Contraindications, sanitation, client communication, and treatment modifications Leave with your own silicone cups, practical experience, and a thoughtful approach to incorporating these techniques into your massage practice. Participants must be 18 or older for restorative wellness classes involving emotional processing, meditation, grief work, or group discussion, unless otherwise noted. CE Certificates: Course certificates will be sent electronically within 48 hours of course completion to the email address provided upon registration. Discount Codes: -All discount codes must be applied at time of purchase/registration.
