It can come with changes in health, relationships, identity, abilities, caregiving roles, aging, or simply when life takes an unexpected turn. This experiential course explores how grief and life transitions can be felt in the body and how we can be present with ourselves and others during times of change—without needing to fix or solve what they are experiencing. Through conversation, reflection, body-centered experiences, and hands-on practice, we’ll explore compassionate communication, therapeutic presence, healthy boundaries, and meaningful ways to support people through change. Come prepared to learn, experience, reflect, and deepen your ability to simply be present with what is. Participants must be 18 or older for restorative wellness classes involving emotional processing, meditation, grief work, or group discussion, unless otherwise noted. CE Certificates: Course certificates will be sent electronically within 48 hours of course completion to the email address provided upon registration. Discount Codes: -All discount codes must be applied at time of purchase/registration. You must enter the code during the checkout process to receive the discount. -The discount code(s) cannot be applied retroactively after an order has been placed or registration has been completed. -Discount/promotional coupons or codes have no monetary value; you cannot exchange the discount code for cash or an equivalent credit. Refund Policy: -Full Refund (minus $50 processing fee): Available for cancellations within 48 hours of purchase, or when requested 6 months (180 days) or more prior to class start date. -75% Refund: Available for cancellations requested 3-6 months (30-180 days) prior to class start date. -50% Refund: Available for cancellations requested less than 30 days prior to class start date. Alternatively, a credit for the paid amount can be applied towards another open course offered either currently or within 6 months (180 days) of the previous course start date.
