Breathwork & Meditation Private Group Series

So excited to offer this series again.

We will meet the 3rd Wednesday of the month starting in June- November 6-730.

August 21

September 18

October 16

November 20

Each 90 min session will allow you to go deeper into your meditation anyd breath awareness practice.

Having a small group of participants ensures a more supportive and collaborative experience.

The onset of our journey you will receive a journal.  Each month new handouts will be given correlating with a different energetic and physical areas of focus.

We will discover areas that may have felt stuck or are painful and encourage softening, and will take notice of what feels expansive in our bodies and allowing it to broaden and unfold throughout our entire being.

In addition to our monthly meetings you will also receive one 60 min 1:1 session with Holly.

This is open to open 8 participants for the 6 month series, not only is it a commitment to yourself but the others in the group and important to attend all of the dates.

I will provide bolsters and blankets.

All you need to bring is an exercise/yoga mat

something to write with

water to drink

wear comfortable clothing

and bring an open heart and open mind.
